GiSoft builds, maintains and modernises web applications supporting customer service, sales, content publishing, integrations and internal operations. We work on new systems as well as applications that have been part of a company’s day-to-day work for years.
An existing application may hold important rules, customer history, integrations and the team’s operational knowledge. We therefore do not assume a legacy system should automatically be replaced. We first understand the objective and constraints, then choose an appropriate scope: a new application, module improvement, API, integration, interface, or leaving a stable part alone.
We use PHP, Symfony, Laravel, React, Next.js and APIs where they support a concrete need. They are not an end in themselves. What matters is a system with clear responsibilities, protected important data, maintainable operation and room for change after future releases.
After the first release, an application still needs safe changes, operational visibility and adaptation to new needs. AI can support documentation, knowledge retrieval or selected service processes, while the application and accountable people retain control of permissions, business rules and final decisions.
GiSoft matches the change to the actual problem, from a new system to the careful development of an existing one, with continued understandable maintenance in mind.
