About Us
We build, improve and connect applications that support sales, customer service and the day-to-day work of a business.
GiSoft builds and improves software for the work a business relies on: sales, customer service, content, orders, documents and internal operations. We start with what needs to change in practice, not with a list of technologies.
We build customer portals, internal applications, service platforms and APIs when the current way of working is no longer sufficient. A common starting point is a process spread across email and spreadsheets: an enquiry, data checks, ownership, status and outcome can be brought into one controlled workflow.
Many PHP applications still handle valuable rules, customer history and orders well. Their age alone is not a reason to replace them. We may improve one module, performance, deployment, the customer interface, authentication or an integration, while retaining stable parts where rebuilding them would add cost and risk without enough benefit.
Illustrative example: an older PHP application handles orders correctly, but its customer portal is awkward and new integrations are difficult to add. A sensible scope may protect the order workflow, introduce an API, update the customer-facing area and isolate new external connections. The whole application does not need to be rewritten.
We design CMS and CRM solutions, eCommerce systems and integrations with accounting, ERP, warehouse, payment and partner platforms. The important questions are which system owns the data, how an error is handled and what a retry may do. This makes an integration part of a dependable business process rather than a data exchange between two screens.
AI can help classify documents, prepare summaries, search approved knowledge or draft suggestions. The application remains responsible for user identity, permissions, business rules, validation and final actions. We use AI only where it has a clear purpose in the process.
GiSoft builds new systems where that is the best route, improves valuable applications and connects systems that need to work together. Scope follows business needs and the risk of change, not technology replacement for its own sake.
